I did remodeling projects with Projex Renova in Sarasota and everything was done right by the code. A couple of questions were checked with the county right away, like the new 2024 rule that indoor unit should be moved from attic to closet inside the conditioned envelope, or the required BFE level for installing the outdoor unit in flood risk zones. And it was not only for inspection but really to make the house better for living after renovation. What impressed me most is the care for the homeowner in every detail, something I don’t usually see. They even asked me to do duct cleaning, just to make sure no construction dust stays inside the system after the remodel. Highly recommended.
